Move a Page Break.

When you work on Excel data long enough to not feel the data had been through several pages. In fact, there are many columns of data that should be forced to merge severed by cuts per page. In Excel 2007 you can set the Page Break yourself. So if there is data that is truncated by the Page Break line you can move the Page Break before and makes the data was intact per page.

1. Tujulah Ribbon and select the View Tab.
2. Select Page Break Preview.
3. Next, you can see the pages of the worksheet that was cut off by the blue line, then the data was right on the beheading of the page. So when printed data will be lost, meaning can not be printed in one page of paper.

Click and drag the blue line was to move the Page Break.
When you click done, click the Office button, click the arrow next to Print and select Print preview before printing. From there it can be seen that the Page Break has been moved.
